For us, that moment came in 2019, when a group of driven Black and Brown men—most of us connected through Morgan State University—made a commitment to invest not just in markets, but in one another. Morgan & Holmes was founded on the belief that collective ownership, trust, and long-term vision could shift the narrative around wealth in our communities. What started as a modern take on a traditional “sou-sou” has grown into a dynamic investment club rooted in strategy, brotherhood, and purpose. This is our story.
